Today is National Plantation Day in Indonesia and I attended two online webinars that have important and significant roles to increase the value added and development of various plantation commodities in Indonesia, especially West Java. I want to share to you the materials of two online webinars which were held by Dinas Perkebunan Jawa Barat entitled "Perkebunan Dari Masa ke Masa: Merawat Warisan, Menjawab Tantangan, Meraih Kejayaan" and Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (PPN)/Bappenas entitled "Peluncuran Peta Jalan Hilirisasi Rempah 2025-2045 (Pala, Lada, Cengkih, Kayu Manis, Vanili, dan Temulawak)". I want to share the "Peta Jalan Hilirisasi Kelapa 2025-2045" to complete the materials. These two webinars enlighted me that plantation commodities have crucial position in Indonesia's current economies and future as well, as we have a legacy for the World Spices Routes.
