"The Self Worth Method With Trent Shelton" on Mastermind.com

I received email from Dean Graziosi @deangraziosi and Mastermind.com Team @mastermind.com_official to join the platform for 30 days just with 1 dollar.

Thanks to Ii @yesi.m.indira and Aa @soulkillaz for the support, so I could use my Jenius account to grab this opportunity.

First course that I watch on Mastermind.com is "The Self Worth Method With Trent Shelton" @trentshelton I watch the first part that entitled "Understanding Your Self Worth To Become Invincible".

It teaches me that acceptance and confidence are two basic fundamentals to establish our self worth. Self worth is not our status on achieving something, but it is what God gave us as ourselves today with all of our potential and who we are. We are custom made by God with our uniqueness and strength. So when we accept who we are, we can build our confidence to make our environment.

I want to share this with you all because I believe you are enough. Like flowers, we are well grown up because of the environment. If the flower died, maybe we should change the environment or move the flowers to another environment.

*The Self Worth Method With Trent Shelton*

Unbreakable Confidence In Knowing Your Self Worth

What’s the measuring stick of your life? Is it people’s opinions? Is it your career? What is the thing that you measure your successes and your failures to? Whether you think you do or not, we all measure yourself to other people and to the world around us. And, that’s a dangerous road to go down to measure your life based on someone else’s success, status or opinions. Even worse, is allowing the things that you are not in control of, to be in control of your worth. I encourage you to go buy a ruler. A little cheap one. One that you can break easily. I usually use the little wooden ones we used to get when we were in kindergarten. Write the things on there or write the thing on there that you measure your life too. Then I want you to break that ruler. Because starting right now and right here, you will not allow yourself to measure your life by anything outside of you anymore. You are your own measuring stick. This is not a race. This is not a competition. It’s your life. The fastest way to depression and unhappiness is trying to live up to a life that’s not you. For most of us, this is one of the hardest things to undo. Because everywhere we look we see everyone’s highlight reel. And that’s great. I am happy for anyone who has highlighted reels. But the reality of it is, we ALL have flaws too. Most of the time, we don’t know what people struggle with behind closed doors. Just like most of the time you don’t let anyone into what you struggle with behind closed doors. It’s time to normalize simply being you and being OK with that. The greatest success you will ever achieve is being free in this world to be you. It’s time to break the things off of you, out of you and away from you that do not serve your life. Are you truly ready to take this journey? it won’t be easy. But, I Got you. Let’s get it!

Selamat menyimak!

Own Your Future Challenge 2023

From August 1-7, 2023, I attended Own Your Future Challenge from Dean Graziosi and Tonny Robbins. This six days event discussed about Self-Education and Knowledge Industry and how we make and reflect our story, teach it, and use tools or action plans as blueprint and framework to monetize it.

I learned about 1 Million Rules from Rachel Miller. The content that we make, it should be worth "1 Million Viewers, 1 Million Dollar Revenue, and 1 Million Minutes of Duration". From Trent Shelton I learned that we should avoid Vision Validation from others and take our own power of perspectives. Dean Graziosi reminds me to 3 important steps: Change, Courage, and Confidence.

The pdf above is some materials from Own Your Future Challenge. I hope we could learn something from it. Knowledge and Self-education Industry is huge and promising. I will try to deep dive more to it.

Thanks to Dean and Tony for the event :)

Agriculture: New Hope for New Future

I want to explore my English Skill in writing by posting an article about agriculture on this beloved blog. The title of this article is "Agriculture: New Hope for New Future". I want to spread optimism and belief that sustainable and efficient agriculture will give a good impact on economics also the environment and make young generations realize that maintaining our nature's condition and the potential of the sustainable ecosystem could give prosperity to the people. Let's start together!

In my previous posting, I wrote an article from The Conversation Indonesia that Agriculture Degree Graduates in Indonesia are not willing to be farmers. A lot of reasons cause this phenomenon. One of the fundamental reason, and I also feel it, is Agriculture Degree Graduates in Indonesia don't have enough time and experience to feel and do actual farming activities. So what they learn in the classroom at University is not followed by practical or field knowledge and exposure. It's a basic but crucial problem. Because without practical or field knowledge and exposure, the graduates cannot have big pictures of how to run and start agricultural businesses.

Based on my experience, the solution to this problem is how the University and Agriculture Degree Students make a cooperation with experienced farmers and agricultural companies to do a professional internship, so the students can feel real exposure to real-life cases and problems. Thank God that today there are a lot of programs from Kampus Merdeka and Merdeka Belajar that facilitate the students to experience real case studies of agriculture in companies, experienced farmers, or other organizations.

Based on my learnings, another solution to attract young generations to join the agriculture field and industry is by making the operation of agriculture sustainable and efficient. I read a book entitled "The Lean Farm" by Ben Hartman that teaches beginner farmers to maximize agriculture production in efficient ways by cutting off waste.

The main problem of today's agriculture is too much waste in more comprehensive views and a lot of aspects, not just too much waste on agricultural input, like water, pesticides, fertilizers, and seeds, but also from too long waiting of harvesting and complexity in the supply chain. All of that is categorized as waste. We also should change our mindset to make sustainable and efficient agriculture in an organic manner and natural cycle in nature. So we must do Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in sustainable ways.

It's time for me, you, and us, as young generations in Indonesia to make a breakthrough in Indonesia's agriculture sector. We must believe that we can do something for our beloved country, and one of them is to repair and increase the quality of the agriculture sector in Indonesia. Let's do small, act locally, and think globally that Indonesia will achieve prosperity and the status of a developed country when we can improve and add value to our agricultural production.

Langkah yang Tepat (La Tahzan Jangan Bersedih! - Dr. 'Aidh al-Qarni)

Langkah yang Tepat (La Tahzan Jangan Bersedih! - Dr. 'Aidh al-Qarni)

Asy-Syaukani pernah mengatakan, "Sejumlah ulama menasehatiku: 'Jangan pernah berhenti menulis, walaupun hanya dua baris sehari.'

(Q.S. Al-Anfal: 29)
